2. ONLINE GIVING
The “giving” page is provided as a convenience to church members and friends who regularly give to support Southland Church and its ongoing activities in the community. If you are a visitor to our website you are welcome to make a donation but should feel no obligation to make a financial contribution using this online facility. Donations can be made by –
- Bank Details (BSB & Account Number, Account Name) are provided to enable direct bank credits
- Credit Card Donations are processed using eWay.
3. EVENT & CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Online bookings for conferences are collected and processed on our website and paid for by credit card via our payment gateway, eWay or are redirected to PayPal for payment depending on your payment preference. Registered delegates will receive an e-ticket via return email to be produced upon entry to these events.
4. SOUTHLAND SHOP
Products available through the ‘Southland Shop’ are paid by for by credit card via our payment gateway, eWay or are redirected to PayPal for payment depending on your payment preference. Online purchasers will receive a receipt via email. For all downloadable digital products the purchaser will also receive download instructions via email.
When you purchase a digital product you will receive links to digital file(s) by email (e.g. Video – mp4, Audio – mp3, Notes – pdf) depending on the product you choose. You will have up to 7 days access to the link before it expires. Best practice is to download the file once and make a backup copy of it. Please ensure you have sufficient internet access before purchasing.
You may make copies and backups for you you own personal use. Please do not distribute digital files as this is a beach of copyright law.
5. TYPES OF CREDIT CARDS
You will receive a receipt via email confirming your transaction.
All online transactions from Southland Church’s website are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
8. REFUND POLICY
Please check carefully with all giving or payment amounts prior to completing your transaction. We do not normally give refunds on donations if you simply change your mind. However, if you believe an error has been made in connection with processing of an online donation, please contact Southland Church immediately via our contact us page.
Conference / Events Registration:
Refunds will not be given if registration is cancelled within 14 days of the start of the Conference or Event. All refunds are subject to a $10 , non-refundable, surcharge to cover online transaction fees and administration. Refunds should be requested via the contact us page or by phoning the Southland office on (08) 8374 2022. Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal user used to pay for the original registration.
All products are warranted against faulty production or workmanship for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be given on digital downloaded products if the product failed to download or could not be otherwise delivered. Refunds or exchanges on physical items may be given, at Southland Church’s discretion, if products are faulty or the description of the product does not match the actual product or the product does not function as intended; in this case return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal user used to pay for the original purchase.
